Shikai Ability: In its shikai form, Moretsuna is able to manipulate wind, moreso of the wind around it rather than at a long distance. With his shikai, Mugen is capable of various wind related attacks, such as being able to gather wind around his blade and send out condensed blades of wind & reitsu, and being able to create small blunt or sharpened bullets of wind. On a defensive side, he is able to form gusts of wind endowed reitsu to form a barrier to block an attack, or to create a sphere of rapidly spinning wind capable of cutting or just blocking. In total his ability is manipulation of Wind.

Name: Air Flick
Level: Sealed/Shikai

Effect: Mugen is able to concentrate his reitsu with air pressure into a small near invisible ball of air, then in a flicking motion sends it at a high speed at an opponent. The difference between the shikai and sealed versions are the power differences, unsealed is mostly slight blunt force such as a punch or kick. While in shikai, the damage is greater, being able to send balls capable of knocking back an opponent with a significant amount of damage. An advantage of this technique is if performed correctly the user can slightly change the direction of an opponent's blade or other physical attack, can also be used for monetary propulsion.

Name: (High & Low) Pressure
Level: Shikai
Types: Offensive/Defensive
Effect: Using High Pressure, Mugen is able to increase the air pressure created from his attacks, adding increased cutting and blunt damage, depending on the nature of the original attack. If done at a distance he can send multiple blades of wind at high speeds at an opponent by swinging either his blade or his hands. When Using Low Pressure, Mugen is able to reduce the power and speed of incoming techniques by lowering the air pressure around him then increasing it suddenly. This also helps when being sent flying away, he can use this technique to dampen an impact or stop completely.

Effect: When striking, he is able to generate an extra force using added wind power in a vortex type manner sucking in air around the strike to increase its damage by adding wind pressure to his attacks.

Name: Ripping Vortex
Level: Shikai
Types: Offensive
Effect: Mugen clentches his fist(s), gathering wind pressure in his palm and mixing it with reitsu for added attack power. When ready he is able to send a concentrated blast of air at an opponent, visibly it resembles a small focused tornado. If connecting the rapidly spinning wind and reitsu its made of tears and cuts at a target, basically shredding an opponent with wind. However, if even at a glancing strike its speed and the vortex it creates sucks an opponent with it as it passes, slowing or dragging an advancing target while doing slight blunt force damage.

Your Shikai. Since you can manipulate wind, can you take the wind around your opponent and cut him up with it within seconds? Cause that's a no-no.

No not effect an opponent in such away, cutting winds and powerful winds are technique bound. A possible is creating a vortex or flying or stuff like that but True Manipulation of wind is not what i intend.

Last tech, denied. Not to mention you weren't here during thanksgiving meaning only three techs. However, all stuff is approved other than the last thing.
